These terms form an agreement between you and Teriya, operated in Côte d'Ivoire. They govern your access to the Teriya apps, sites and services — rides, delivery, food, shopping, marketplace and rentals.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Teriya, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you use Teriya on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
The service
Teriya is a technology platform that connects users with independent drivers, couriers and merchants. Teriya does not itself provide transport or delivery; those are provided by independent providers.
We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use.
An account is personal and may not be transferred without our consent.
Pricing and payments
Prices are shown in FCFA (West African CFA francs) before you confirm. Depending on the service, you may choose a fixed price, negotiate the price, or pay in cash.
Payments can be made by mobile money, card, cash or your Teriya wallet. Any applicable fees are shown before you confirm.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel an order according to each service’s rules. A cancellation fee may apply when a provider is already on the way.
Eligible refunds are credited to your original payment method or your Teriya wallet.
Community rules
You agree to use Teriya lawfully and respectfully, without fraud, harassment or endangering others.
Conduct that breaks the law or these terms may lead to suspension or closure of your account.
Safety
Safety is central to Teriya: trip sharing, an SOS button, masked calls and dedicated support. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services first.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Teriya is not responsible for the acts of independent providers or for indirect damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes. Continued use of Teriya means you accept the updated terms.
