How does buyer protection work?
When you buy, your payment goes into escrow — Teriya holds it and only releases it to the seller once you confirm you received the item. If it never arrives or isn't as described, the money stays protected.
How do I sell an item?
List your item with photos and a price in a few taps. When a buyer pays, the funds are held in escrow; you ship or hand over the item, and you're paid the moment the buyer confirms receipt.
How does delivery work?
You can meet in person or add a Teriya courier to carry the item — the same delivery network as your parcels. Delivery fees are shown before you confirm.
What if there's a problem with my order?
Open a dispute in the app. The funds stay held in escrow while support reviews the case, so the money is only released once things are resolved fairly.
