Sending a parcel
Need to send something across town? Enter the pickup and drop-off, describe the parcel, and a courier collects and delivers it.
It is the quick way to get a document, a key or a package where it needs to be.
Tracking your delivery
Once a courier is assigned, you follow them live on the map, from pickup to your door, with an arrival estimate that updates as they travel.
You can message or call the courier through the app — with both numbers masked for privacy.
Receiving and confirming
When the courier arrives, you confirm receipt in the app. For some orders a delivery code or PIN confirms the handover to the right person.
Your receipt itemises the order and the delivery so everything is clear.
If something is wrong
If an item is missing or your order is not right, open the order in your history and tap Help. Attach a photo where it helps.
We review the order and arrange a refund or correction following the refund policy.
